Soothe Wellness Co. is a holistic wellness initiative based in the heart of Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs—Newlands, Rondebosch, and Claremont. We offer a unique blend of mindfulness, breathwork, creative process facilitation, and counseling to help individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and life’s transitions with greater ease and resilience.
Our approach is deeply rooted in the healing power of South Africa’s indigenous flora, crafting self-care kits infused with the natural benefits of Rooibos, Buchu, and Aloe Vera—botanicals known for their soothing, restorative, and grounding properties.
Beyond our products, we host workshops, retreats, and therapeutic experiences designed to empower individuals through self-exploration, emotional healing, and personal growth. Every purchase and participation in our programs directly supports under-resourced communities in Cape Town, where we provide social support, mental health resources, and skills training.

Merry-Go-Round Book Exchange: A community-based initiative designed to increase literacy rates among adults and children by encouraging the exchange of books. This project promotes reading habits and ensures access to diverse literature for all ages. The Merry-Go-Round Book Exchange project embraces environmental sustainability through the upcycling of books. It also promotes reading and the increase of literacy levels in South Africa. Our current projects include hosting pop-up shops to sell the second-hand book packs at Montebello Design Centre in Cape Town.
Physical Wellness Support
The following products are designed to improve the physical wellbeing of women and girls in South Africa. It aims to improve the confidence of women and girls to embrace their bodies before, during, and after their menstrual cycles during their lifetime. The product packs are created to ensure improved hygiene and confidence.
